DanceStar: Party Hits ist die Fortsetzung von DanceStar Party. Das Spiel ist bis auf eine neue Auswahl von 40 Titeln, zu denen getanzt werden kann, völlig identisch mit der vorherigen Version. Das Spiel wurde im Gegensatz zur vorherigen Version nicht in den USA und Kanada veröffentlicht, wurde jedoch in Lateinamerika unter dem Namen Everybody Dance 2 veröffentlicht. Die europäische und die lateinamerikanische Version haben genau die gleiche Trackliste, mit Ausnahme eines Songs. In der europäischen Version ist dieser Song Get Down Tonight von KC and the Sunshine Band und in der lateinamerikanischen Version ist es der Yar Remix von Get Ready For This von 2 Unlimited.

Playstation Move-Controller/Kamera werden benötigt.
