Dies ist eine Sammlung von SEGA MegaDrive-, Master System- und SEGA Arcade-Spieltiteln. Die gesamte Zusammenstellung wurde für die Anzeige in 720p HD-Auflösung (hochskalierbar auf 1080p) ausgerichtet und enthält einen optionalen Grafikfilter zum Glätten gezackter Kanten. SEGA hat auch eine Reihe von Trophäen hinzugefügt.

Jeder Titel hat auch sichtbare Box- und Cartridge-Artworks. Darüber hinaus enthält die Sammlung die freischaltbaren Entwicklerinterviews aus der SEGA Genesis Collection, die zuvor für PS2 und PSP veröffentlicht wurde.
